Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse via a traceable courier service (such as TCS or Leopards) at your own expense. We do not provide pre-paid return labels at this time.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that show visible signs of wear, scratches on the glass or strap, or those that have been resized are also not eligible for return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Please provide your account details when contacting us for the return.
Timeline:
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
