Thank you for choosing Alshah Watches. We are committed to delivering your luxury timepieces quickly and safely across Pakistan. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide delivery via premium courier services (such as TCS or Leopards).
Lahore: 3–4 Working Days.
Other Cities (Nationwide): Up to 7 Working Days.
Shipping Charges:
Orders above Rs. 5,000: FREE Shipping.
Orders below Rs. 5,000: A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 applies.
2. Payment Method
We specialize in Cash on Delivery (COD). You only pay the courier rider once you receive your package at your doorstep. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays.
3. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Please note that "Working Days" do not include Sundays or public holidays. During high-demand periods (like Eid or seasonal sales), delivery times may be slightly extended.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s official website.
5. Inspection & Damages
Alshah Watches ensures all items are packed securely in premium boxes. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the external packaging is severely damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at alshahwatches@gmail.com.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to the courier, we cannot stop the delivery. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy.
